WEEKLY SCHEDULE 2024 – CLASSES, COMPETITIONS AND TRAINING

PEACE AND PONG Table Tennis Club has joined with the new Portland Table Tennis Club in creating a SUPER, full-time table tennis club, 7-days a week, from 12-9 pm.

WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY, SUNDAY Peace and Pong SCHEDULE- Spring-Summer 2024

At the new Portland Table Tennis Club, located at 1720 Haig Street SE Portland, new classes for all levels start every 6-weeks. SIGN UP EARLY TO GET A SPOT! Our goal is to limit classes to no more than 14 students, so that there will always be open tables for practice.

Wednesday, April 17th, will begin the Wednesday 6-week classes. The Two-Person Team Leagues will also begin at 7 pm.

Friday, May 3rd, will begin the Friday 6-week classes. The Singles Round Robin Tournament will begin at 7 pm.

PLEASE SIGN UP EARLY TO GET A SPOT!! SPOTS fill up quickly! If you are registered for a class, you get the Wednesday, Friday Competitions free. If not in a class, the cost is $40 for the 6-week competitions, or $10 for each competition you play in.

Wednesday Classes start Wednesday, April 17, 2024 (every 6 weeks)

Wednesday 4-5 pm Junior class (under 18 yrs. of age)

Wednesday 5-6 pm Beg-Novice Class

Wednesday 6-7 pm Novice-Intermediate Class

Wednesday 7-9 pm 2-Person Team Leagues

Friday classes & competitions start May 3, 2024 (every 6 weeks)

Friday 4-5 pm Beginning-Intermediate Class

Friday 5-6 pm Intermediate-Advanced Class

Friday 6-7 pm Advanced-Master Class

Friday 7-9 pm Round Robin Tournament (All levels)

Competitions starting at 7 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.

SUNDAY TRAINING SESSIONS – MINI-CAMPS

Sunday ADVANCE TRAINING (SAT)-

11-2 pm – limed to 14 students per session – 3 hours of training! $50/session

Sunday NOVICE-INTERMEDIATE TRAINING (SNIT)

2:30-4:30 pm – limited to 8 students per session – 2 hours of training – $35/session

Now, ALWAYS OPEN PLAY!! We strive to keep one or two tables open for free play all the time.

– I’m sure all of you who are taking classes (over 100 students), have felt the dramatic improvement in your games due to so many assistant club coaches. They are all in training (under my supervision), to become coaches. Some are now teaching classes and individual lessons.
